Valdepeñas, Ciudad Real
Located in the heart of the Iberian Peninsula, this production plant of olive oils is characterized for his strategic location to deliver our goods to the European market through ground transportation.
The most common variety of olive in this area is cornicabra, although we also find other ones as picual variety, both are resistant to the harshness of the winter and the hot of the manchego’s summer.
Located between large fields of olives, in the locality of Adamuz, it is situated the production plant of Almazara Adamuz, where we can find several varieties of olives: Picual, Nevadillo Negro, Arbequina, Picudo y Carrasqueño de la Sierra, being the last ones the principal varieties of this area.
In the past years Almazara Adamuz has put all its efforts in the constant improvement of its food safety program, with an
absolute traceable system and modern machinery to obtain
the best quality olive oil.
The olive oil plant located in Iznájar (Córdoba) dates from the end of 1800 but it was in operation some years later thanks to Azzayt Olive Oils.
The area is characterized for its millenaries olive trees and its variety of olive picudo located into the mountains, what makes our olive oil that unique and special taste.
This mil has modern extraction facilities for the olive oil that consist in the two phase’s system and also in an extraction plant of biomass for fuel.
Villanueva de Algaidas, Málaga
The production plant of Villanueva de Algaidas is an example of sustainability due to from the beginning of the process, the harvest of the olive, till the last one, is done thanks to the energy generated by the rests of the olives.
The principal olive variety of this area is Hojiblanca, well known for its soft and fruity taste of green and mature olive.
Fuenlabrada de los Montes, Badajoz
This olive mil it is situated in Extremadura, in Fuenlabrada de los Montes, also called the Siberian Extremeña, and has a space of 3896 cubic’s meters. Regarding to the variety of olive oil the most common is cornicabra.
The region of Andalusia is well known for having a perfect climate to produce olives and for that reason we can provide a large variety of olive oils with an excellent quality to our clients.
The majority of Azzayt’s olive oil plants are based near the Mediterranean Sea which makes it easy to meet the demand of their worldwide customers with a short delivery time.
